Diary of a Wimpy Kid

Diary of a Wimpy Kid
by Jeff Kinney

Diary of a Wimpy Kid is about a boy and his best friend Rowley. They are both in middle school. It is not just any middle school; it is very weird. Some things that are weird are the stinky cheese. It is a piece of cheese that has been outside for about three months. If you touch it you get the cheese touch. The only way to prevent from getting it is to cross your fingers. They do many other things also like big snow men to comic books to a haunted house. They do every thing. I don’t want to ruin this very funny book but that is a short summary of the book.

I recommend this book to everybody. This book is not for just girls or boys but both. I recommend this book if you like comedies. Have fun reading it, I hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Money Hungry

MONEY HUNGRY

By: Sharon Flake

This book is about a girl named Rasberry Hill who’s trying to save up enough money so that she and her mom will never have to live on the streets in the projects .And she gets in trouble almost every day for selling her knock off stuff in school .She also lives in this home with some boys that are discussing boys who always get her in trouble.

I liked this book because it’s really serious, but it can be funny at times. Also this book was kind of sad, so if you don’t like sad books I wouldn’t recommend it for you.

Bone: Ghost Circles

BONE: GHOST CIRCLES
Jeff Smith

In Ghost Circles, Bone and his friends have to find a way to shelter before the world disappears by Ghost Circles. The main characters are Fone, Smiley, Thorn, Gran-ma, Phony and the baby Rat Creature companion. This book was written by Jeff Smith.
In the book, they start out lost deep in a cave and Smiley won’t stop shocking people. Around the time Phony started getting up in Smiley’s face, Thorn started hearing voices in her head. It was more like a dream. She was in a Ghost Circle with Bone looking for food. Then a ghost appeared and started warning them to run. Bone, Thorn and Gran-ma split up with Smiley, Phony and the baby rat to find a way out. They met up at their Base Camp in the cave and found a thin bridge to the way out. I enjoyed this book because it’s funny, suspenseful and exciting.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw

DIARY OF A WIMPY KID: THE LAST STRAW
Jeff Kinney

In the third book to the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series the main character, Greg Heffley, suffers through another diary bought by his mom. If you liked the other two Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, then you’re going to love this one. If you like animation and comedy and a little drama, you should definitely consider reading this.
Greg wants to get a date with Holly Hills before his dad ships him off to military school after seeing an annoying teenager come back respectful and put together. After attempts to change his dad’s mind, he realized nothing would stop him. Then Greg goes to Boy Scouts to show his dad that one day of manual labor can turn a wimp like Greg into a strong man. Greg finally got a chance to show his dad that he is one big man by going to a campsite to spend the night. But when they got there, the camp was 5 feet underwater. I enjoyed this book because it was funny and entertaining. You never know what Greg, Rodrick, Manny, Rowley or Fregley will do next.

Rosa Parks: My Story

Rosa Parks
My story

The book called Rosa Parks: My Story is an awesome biography about Rosa parks. She tells us about her whole life from growing up to becoming a lady. Growing up Rosa Parks' grandfather told her that he doesn’t want to ever see her cleaning and cooking for white people, because she is worth more than that. When Rosa parks was growing up education and schooling was so different from education and schooling now. Back in those days when she was growing up kindergarten through sixth grade was all held in one small classroom. After Rosa was 25 she got married to Raymond parks. After they got married they both joined the NAACP.
